Our Goal

Provide the training that customers and partners need to be successful in their use of the ExpeData Digital Writing Platform.

Overview

An important part of a successful digital writing implementation is training of support staff, developers and/or end-users. At ExpeData we think about learning from a holistic point of view. We understand what it takes to be successful and have geared the training classes to different roles and technical capabilities consistent with the wide mix of people that contribute to a digital writing implementation.

ExpeData offers several options for delivering training: Classroom, on-site and on-line training. Our instructors have experience with a wide variety of implementations. The material is presented with real-world practical examples and questions from your particular situation. This approach strives to maximize the learning experience by allowing you to keep your needs in mind while learning. Additionally you can work with our instructors to pick those parts of the training curriculum that are most relevant to your needs.

Classroom

Training is held at our training facility in ExpeData’s corporate offices in Dayton, Ohio. Our courses are designed to empower anyone that interacts with digital writing to understand what they need to know to be successful. We offer a set of courses designed to address the different aspects of the ExpeData Digital Writing Platform and also offer custom designed classes to meet your needs.

Online

While classroom training is the preferred method of learning, we recognize that it is not practical for all situations. Our experience has taught us where online training is a viable learning alternative and where its effectiveness is diminished. When appropriate, online training is simple and easy as all that is needed is a telephone line and a broadband internet connection in order to take advantage of it. Content is delivered via live meeting and is fully interactive.
