The training of support staff, developers, and end-users is an important part of a successful digital writing implementation. Consequently, we have invested in a "state of the art" training facility located in Miamisburg, Ohio at the ExpeData corporate office.

The ExpeData training curriculum is designed to meet the varying needs of enterprises and partners. The courses address the different aspects of enterprise digital writing and focus on the implementation and use of the EDW 2009 solution. The emphasis is on a practical approach and the instructors encourage questions and guide the discussions to be relevant to the organization’s requirements. To further support a successful implementation, the curriculum combines presentations with hands-on exercises and documentation.

Classroom and on-line training are available and each is delivered by a team of experts. Our trainers have a complete understanding of the EDW platform and each have played a significant role in digital writing deployments and have provided support over the past few years.
