Document Design

How does RGB and CMYK coloring relate to EDW™ platform document design?

Because digital printers use CMYK color to add ink to the paper, it is advised that the CMYK color model is used when designing forms for use with EDW™ platform. Due to the complexity of the pattern, it is recommended that 100% of CMY is used to achieve black when designing forms for use with the EDW platform.

If a file is submitted to a printer using the RGB color model, the file will need to be converted to CMYK which may cause color shifting.

Why would I use CMYK and not RGB?
