Awards

Finalist: Carmedic

ExpeData customer Carmedic was honored as a BlackBerry® Wireless Achievement Award Finalist – Business Impact. The Wireless Achievement Awards recognize leading and outstanding mobile customers who’ve demonstrated both innovation and measurable business impact from their BlackBerry solution. The awards were presented at BlackBerry World 2011 in Orlando, Florida.

With the digital writing solution, Carmedic has increased productivity by 2,000 hours per year, achieved a return on its investment just six months after deployment and saves over $60,000 per year on courier costs.

“Digital writing has been the ideal choice for us since we didn’t have to change the way we work,” explained Binkley. “The technicians still write on invoices that are very similar to the ones they have always used. This not only enables us to solve our internal invoice-processing issues without adding any personnel; it also allows technicians to spend more time generating revenue and less time processing paper.”
